Terms of Service

Realtor Content Clone™ is a subscription-based content production service that creates short-form real estate videos featuring a digital clone of the subscriber, and schedules approved content to connected social media accounts.

Available plans include Agent Starter (4 videos per month) and Agent Pro (12 videos per month). Video allowances, pricing, and features are described on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into these Terms. You represent that all information, reference materials, logos, listing media, and branding you submit are yours or that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide them for this service.

The service uses AI-assisted technology to create digital representations of your appearance and, when applicable, your voice, based on reference materials you provide.

AI-generated representations may not perfectly reproduce your actual appearance, movements, speech, or voice. All videos go through a review process before publishing.

You are responsible for reviewing content provided for approval and for notifying us of corrections before approving content for publication. Once you approve content, we may schedule and publish it to social media accounts you have connected or authorized.

You agree that you remain responsible for:

• Complying with your brokerage policies and MLS rules.
• Meeting advertising, fair housing, and licensing requirements.
• Ensuring submitted listings, images, and claims comply with applicable laws.
• The accuracy of all information and materials you provide.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Plan pricing is stated on the pricing page. You authorize us to charge the applicable recurring fee to your selected payment method until you cancel or the service is discontinued.

You may cancel your subscription subject to the cancellation policy provided by Intel AI Group. Cancellation details will be confirmed at the point of subscription and are available on request through Support.

You retain ownership of the reference materials you submit. Content produced through the service is created for your account and your authorized use. You grant us the rights necessary to create, produce, and publish content on your behalf as described in these Terms and your onboarding consent.

We do not guarantee specific results, including leads, commissions, home sales, revenue, or social media performance. The service provides content production and scheduling; outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intel AI Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding three months.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. Upon termination, scheduled publishing may be discontinued and your reference materials handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
